It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Bakken of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, born in Edgerton, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Bakken and Beverly Bakken (Myron). He is survived by: his wife Debra Bowdin-Bakken; his son Connor Bakken; his stepson Ryan Bowdin (Rachael); his grandchildren, Franklin and Rylee Bowdin; his siblings, Steven Bakken (Carol), Susan Schloesser, Craig Bakken and Lynne Rhoe (Mike); and his stepbrother Michael Lee. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.

In Lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family.
