She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kitzman and Elsie Kitzman (Loga); her husband Joel Polzin; her daughter Patricia; her sisters, Evelyn Krueger, Margaret Hoffman and Jeanette Kitzman; and her son-in-law John Delany.

She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy DeLany of Bella Vista, Ark and Connie Polzin (Michael) of Fort Atkinson; her grandchildren, Jodi Wolfram (Brett), Michael DeLany, Joel Polzin (Sarah) and Luke Polzin (Jessica Fritz); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Kiara, Brady Wolfram, Lilly and Lincoln Polzin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
