He is survived by: his former wife Rosemary Coleman Lewis; his daughter Amie Snyder (John) of Stoughton; his stepchildren, Jeff Lewis of Olathe, KS, Gayle Borland (Brian) of Buffalo, NY and Connie Kopetsky (Lee) of Fort Atkinson; his grandchildren, Becky Schulz (Doug), John, Nicole, Daniel Snyder of Stoughton, Claire, Luke Lewis of Olathe, KS, Evan Borland (Melissa) of Charleston, SC, Jaren Borland (Liv) of Pueblo, CO, Neil Kopetsky and Jill Kopetsky (Stephen Pooler) of Fort Atkinson; his great grandchildren, Tyson, Trevor Schulz of Fort Atkinson, Logan, Tavey Snyder-Westby, Aspen Beckes, Mikaylah Snyder, Rylee Warren of Stoughton, Miles and Daniel Borland of Charleston, SC; and his son-in-law Mark Sproul. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
