He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Slagle and Lucile Slagle (McNickols); and his daughter Roxanne Zimmerman. He is survived by: his wife Janet Slagle of Fort Atkinson; his granddaughters, Amanda Zimmerman and Tiffany Zimmerman; his great grandchildren, Colin, Christina, Chase and AJ; and his siblings, Cecilia Sampson and Byron Slagle. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
