He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Zech and Myrtle Zech (Booth); and his siblings, Lee, Ron, Marie and Debbie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Zech (Mary) of Fort Atkinson, Ken Zech (Kerri) of Whitewater, Scott Zech of Fort Atkinson, Jeff Zech (Renee) of Whitewater and Nancy Carroll (Greg) of Fort Atkinson. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and three great nephews.
