He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Falk (Kristie) of Rio and Keith Falk of Fort Atkinson; his grandchildren, Lindsey Frank, Joe Pieper, Jazmine Falk (Kegan Crawford), Kacy Falk, Kelly Falk, Kory Falk (Tyler Ptaschinski), Courtney Falk, Morgan Falk, Katie Falk and Ella Falk; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Noah; and his sister Lucinda "Cindy" Hartman of Cambridge. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
