She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Melius and Forrest Melius; and her brothers-in-law, William O'Brien and Jack Cease. She is survived by: her husband Roger Klingbeil; her sons, Andrew Klingbeil (Sherri) of New London, WI, Michael Klingbeil (Emily) of Cambridge, WI and Patrick Klingbeil of Fort Atkinson, WI; her grandchildren, Kai, Kya DeWilde, Alex Klingbeil, Joshua, Matthew and Mary Klingbeil; and her siblings, Barbara Rabbach (Gerald), Donna O'Brien, Patricia Cease and Forrest "Woodsy" Melius (Bonny).
Memorials may be given in Kathy's honor to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
