The memory of John J. Haberl (Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 12, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Haberl and Anna Haberl; his grandparents, Joseph and Anna Gschwandtner; his sister Florence; his brother-in-law Dick Bergman; his brother Edward Haberl; his stepson Rick Lueder; and his stepgrandson George "Pat" Perdue.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his stepdaughters, Karen Perdue (Dan Meyers) and Linda Davis (John); his grandchildren, Lindsi Timm (Matt), Katie Sanborn (Nick), Aleena Chohan and Shauna Lueder; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Andrew, Astoria, Marlowe, Musa, Haroon and Amna; and his brother Jerry Haberl (Rachel). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dunlap Memorial (604 S Main St, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538). A prayer was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the American Legion (201 S Water St E, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538).
