She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ward and Opal Ward (Cooper); and her sister Janet Sakol (Ward). She is survived by: her son John Mickelson (Donna) of Avondale, AZ; her grandsons, Corey Mickelson of Phoenix, AZ and Joseph Mickelson of Phoenix, AZ; and her great grandchildren, Dorothy and Catherine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
