He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ehrke and Devina Ehrke; his siblings, Gorden (Atlea), Frederick "Bud" (Juanita), Carroll, Lucile Stokke (Gene), Elaine Gruennert (George) and Doreen Van Schoyck (Don); and his brother-in-law Theodore "Ted" Schuett.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Roe; his children, JoDee Sattler (David), Wis, Steven (Julie) and Marcy Jewell (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Justin Sattler (Kristi), Shannon Sattler Holtrop (Joseph), Brandon (Serena) and Blake Ehrke; his great grandchildren, Samara, Zella Sattler, Zaccai and Kaysen Holtrop; his siblings, Irene Schuett, Jean Kerr (Richard) and William "Bill" Ehrke (Jean); and his sister-in-law Bonnie.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dunlap Memorial (604 S Main St, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
