He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ehrke and Devina Ehrke; his siblings, Gorden (Atlea), Frederick "Bud" (Juanita), Carroll, Lucile Stokke (Gene), Elaine Gruennert (George) and Doreen Van Schoyck (Don); and his brother-in-law Theodore "Ted" Schuett.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Roe; his children, JoDee Sattler (David), Wis, Steven (Julie) and Marcy Jewell (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Justin Sattler (Kristi), Shannon Sattler Holtrop (Joseph), Brandon (Serena) and Blake Ehrke; his great grandchildren, Samara, Zella Sattler, Zaccai and Kaysen Holtrop; his siblings, Irene Schuett, Jean Kerr (Richard) and William "Bill" Ehrke (Jean); and his sister-in-law Bonnie.
