She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Zastrow and Levora Zastrow (Roethel); her brother Ronald Zastrow; and her pets, Missy and Cadi Belle.
She is survived by: her great-nephew Steve Brace (Shelly) of Janesville; her great-niece Jan Foreman; her cousin Carol of Fort Atkinson; her nephew Derek Zastrow; her godsons, Wayne Plechaty and Patrick Arndt (Steve Gross); and her pet Emma Rose. She is also survived by friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Touched by A Paw, a no-kill cat rescue in Whitewater, Wisconsin where Janice adopted all of her cats.
