With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan Ward Sakol (Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 14, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal and Earl (Dorthy); her aunt Delle; and her uncle Don. She is survived by: her children, Liz (Doug), Karen (Mark), Sara (Bob) and Tye; her grandchildren, Jenny, Sammy, Allie (Sean), Christopher, Sabrina, Ryan and Lily; her great grandchild Elliott; her sister Joan; her nephew John (Donna); and her cousins, Judy (Leroy) and Jerry (late Gloria). She is also survived by her children and friends.
