He was predeceased by: his parents, Diego Mayans and Raquel Mayans (Chica). He is survived by: his girlfriend Carla Jackson; his children, Venus Mayans, Jessica Mayans, Vanessa Mayans, Melissa Mayans, Everardo Mayans Jr. and Ricardo Mayans; his stepchildren, Carrie Nehls (Mat) and Christopher Jackson (Laurie Burt); his grandchildren, Lyza McDow, Mia Gonzalez, Richie Gonzalez, Kaiyah Haag, Xavier Gonzalez and Alyna Mayans; his siblings, Reynaldo Mayans (Carol), Raul Mayans (Leticia), Gilbert Mayans (Irma), Gilberto Hernandez (Anna), Ninfa Mayans, Lupe Mayans (Clemons), Norma Mayans, Maria Mayans (Anthony), Sara Mayans (John), Iselda Garcia (Luis) and Elida Mayans; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Jefferson County.
