He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Westphall of Whitewater; his children, Vicki Mansavage (John) of Fort Atkinson, Michael Westphall (Carol) of Fitchburg, Penny Bound (Jon) of Jefferson and Scott Westphall (Micheal) of Libertyville, IL.; his grandchildren, David Mansavage (Anne Randolph Wells), Monica Wolf (Chris), Matthew Westphall, Shelby, Emma and Daniel Westphall; his siblings, Gerald Westphall (Judy) of Florida and Judy Barnes (Butch) of Jefferson; and his sister-in-law Lou Westphall of Hebron.
