He is survived by: his daughter Joan Spitale (Ralph) of West Bloomfield, MI; his brother Roy Chayka of Montville, NJ; his daughter-in-law Nancy Chayka of Milford, PA; his grandchildren, Kristina Rudolph (Brandon), Alison Chayka, Daniel Chayka and Emily Chayka; his great grandchild Jaxon Chayka; and his close friends, Mark and Karen Haubenschild of Fort Atkinson.
