He was predeceased by: his parents, Waymon Rozell and Florence Rozell (Tobin); and his sister Janine Rozell. He is survived by: his daughter Nichole Rozell; his granddaughters, Faith, Grace and Hope Rozell; his siblings, Daryl Rozell (Sharon) and Sandy Spoerl (Ron Fay); and his stepsister Pauline Lemke.
