It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dave Mittelstedt (Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin R. Mittelstedt and Florence F. Zelm Mittelstedt (Fredrick); and his sister-in-law Joanne Zelm. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Mittelstedt of Jefferson; his sons, Jacob Mittelstedt, Michael Mittelstedt and Jack; and his siblings, Alan Zelm, Merlin Zelm (Joanne), Kenny Zelm (Mary), Jerry Zelm (Becky) and Carol Brue (Craig). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
