He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Lisa Tracy (Dan Ewing) and Michael Tracy (Jayne); his stepdaughter Rennae Lynn Van Horn (Robert); his grandchildren, Cami Van Horn, Trent Van Horn, Kryistyna Hook (Keith) and Jason Weber; and his great grandchild Kash Hook. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
