It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Smiley of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smiley and Ruth Smiley (McGuire); and her siblings, Margaret Smith, Betty Smiley and John Smiley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Reflections Adult Daycare in Fort Atkinson.
