She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Koehler and Manon Koehler (Marit); her son Zachary; and her brothers, Kris, Ted and Cory Koehler.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Fay; her children, Trista, Michael (Meagan), Timothy (Lanis) and Alora (Adam); and her siblings, Vicki, Cherie, Jon, Lee and Nita. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Lani's Name.
