She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jess and Lee Ann Jess (Bridenhagen). She is survived by: her husband Grant Deshotels; her children, Jenny Denil (Kerry Joe) and Ian Deshotels (Fallon); her grandchildren, Karissa and Jax Denil; her brother Karl Jess; and her nephew Derek Jess.
