She was predeceased by: her parents, George Baker Hooper and Helen Smith; her stepfather George Ingram; and her grandson Dustin Keith. She is survived by: her husband Donald Carlson; her children, Douglas Keith (Catherine), Robert Keith (Coreen), Richard Keith (Amarjargal), Brian Keith, Laurie Adams (Phil), Jeff Carlson (Sue) and Eric Carlson (Rachel); her sister Dr. Georgia Hooper Peek; and her brother-in-law Thomas Carlson (Lee). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Masks and social distancing are required, sanitizing stations will be provided, and temperature checks will be taken at the door.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Helen's name to Grace Ev. Lutheran Church in Kewaunee or Unity Hospice.
