He is survived by: his sons, Bill Charles of Sturgeon Bay and Ben Charles (Kim); his grandson Steven Charles; his siblings-in-law, John Schroeder (Judy) of Eau Claire, Jim Schroeder (Del Boley) of Eau Claire, Bill Schroeder (Ann) of Spooner and Kristine Anderson (Tom) of Mondovi; and also Vicky Hoosier (Chris Watson) of Sturgeon Bay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and family friend.
