Starr and Alexandria Mumme of Nichols, WI; his sisters, Ethel Christianson of Sturgeon Bay and Penny Delorit of Tiverton, RI; and also, Kim Starr (Dawn) of Brussels, Bart Starr (Laurie) of Forestville and Rob Starr (Penny) of Sturgeon Bay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
