He is survived by: his stepfather Marshall "Bobby" Erwin; his wife Cindy LaCrosse; his stepson Levon LaCrosse (Breann); his daughter Hadley of Algoma; his stepson Tyler LaCrosse of Sturgeon Bay; his brothers, Rick Gerhart (Lisa) of Sturgeon Bay and Derick "Bugsy" Erwin (Maitri) of Houston, TX; his brothers-in-law, Mike Piety (Janis) of Shelly, ID, Steve Harding (Sue) of Littleton, CO and David Harding (Jennifer) of Alameda, CA; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Harding of Sturgeon Bay; his aunts, Candy Thornton (Al) of Casco and Dolly Hafeman (Bob) of Algoma; his close friends, Leslie Diebel Murray (Rick), Johnny Diebel and Johnny Dugan (Shelly); his caregivers, Chaplain Mark and Jennie; and his friends, Bill Karnopp (Julie) and Ed Anschutz. He is also survived by two stepsons, a daughter-in-law, and a beloved granddaughter.
Memorials may be given in his name to Door Cancer, Inc., St. Jude's Hospital, or Shriners Hospital.
