He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Kasbohm; his close friend Donna Henderson; his children, Paul Surfus (Joanne) of Carlsville, Thomas Surfus of Sturgeon Bay, Louie Surfus (Sheri) of Sturgeon Bay and Lisa Zaborowske of Green Bay; his sons-in-law, Marvin Langohr and Larry Choskey; his grandchildren, Patrick (Amanda), JoEllen (Chris), Jessica (Junior), Megan, Tommy (Amber), Nathan (Dorothy), Isaac, Kendall (Mike), Mikki (Cody), Rich (Brianne) and Holly (Alex); his sisters, Janet Pfile of Appleton and June Haack (Ray) of Mishicot; and also, Shawn Henderson (Michelle) of Forestville, Corey (Amber), Kayla and Tom Delarwelle (Barb) of Maplewood. He is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
