He was predeceased by: his parents, Vardas Clark and LaVerne Clark (Weber); his siblings, Bob, Vardas "Dan" Jr., Randy Clark and Patsy Babino; and his sister-in-law Valencia Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Julie Remmel; his children, Dale Clark (Carrie), Amy Clark, Tosha Jones (Kevin) and Tanya Young (Jamail); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Clark, William Clark, Carson Clark, Austin Hanlan, Alyse Jones, India Young, Jaida Young and Jeff Horton; his great grandchild Giovanni Horton; and his brothers, Roger Clark (Roberta) and Todd Cable (Rhonda). He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
