Michael S. Gilstrap Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael S. Gilstrap of Footville, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gilstrap and Marian Gilstrap (Ward); his in-laws, Clinton and Evelyn Fry; his children, Tonya Legler and Michael Gilstrap; and his brother Daniel Gilstrap.
He is survived by: his wife Evon Gilstrap of Footville, WI; his children, Felisha Wetenkamp (Joe) of Janesville, WI and Kyle Gilstrap (LeeAnn) of Pittsburgh, PA; his son-in-law Shane Legler of Edgerton, WI; and his grandchildren, Chad, Noah, Andilyn and Jaxton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Albrecht Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1004 S Main St, Edgerton, WI 53534).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date in Michael's name.
