He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sipp and Nina Sipp (Forte); his wife Alma Duncan (Gieber); his daughter Janice; his son-in-law Eddie Walters; his son Mark Duncan; his grandson Scott Duncan; and his brothers, John, Neil, Merlin and Myron Sipp.
He is survived by: his children, John Duncan (Jenni) of Waunakee, Charles Duncan (Gail) of Footville, Tom Duncan (Donna) of Tuolumne, Paul Duncan (Tina) of Redding, California and Kathy (Rodney) of Sacramento, California; his brother Charley Sipp (Lyle) of Spokane, Washington; and his sisters-in-law, Lee Sipp of Huntington Beach, Bette Boesiger of Beatrice and Jody Akeson (Jim) of Lincoln. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
