He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Milam and Vera Shaffer Milam; and his stepmother Doris Erickson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Neal; his daughters, Dawn Zaemisch (Kevin) and Leann Peart (Scott); his grandchildren, Natalie Hoyos (Andrew), Jacob Zaemisch (Emily Nelson) and Arwen Peart; his great grandchildren, Layla, Claire Hoyos and Ethan Zaemisch; his brother Charles Milam; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Neal (Patti Jo), Joanne Cowan and Pat Teich. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
