He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Dowling and Mildred E. Dowling (Williams); and his sister Mary Dowling. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Dowling (Fobare); his sons, William L. Dowling (Maureen) of New Berlin, WI and Timothy J. Dowling (Lisa) of McHenry, IL; his grandchildren, Katie, Michael, Bill, Megan, Marie and Jacob; and his sister Kathleen Dowling of Jamesville, NY. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews and close friends.
