He was predeceased by: his parents, Milos Stejskal and Olga Stejskal (Jorgensen); and his former wife Carolyn B. Stejskal. He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Stejskal (Coffman); his son Allan Stejskal (Pattie); his grandsons, Sam Stejskal (Ngozi Ekeledo) and Max Stejskal (Madison Cade); his son Brian Stejskal; his stepchildren, Lynn Richards, Tom Richards (Karen) and Elizabeth Richards; and his stepgrandchildren, Katherine Cuadra (Gabe), Ben Richards (Amanda) and Clay Richards (Kylee Dixon). He is also survived by his family and friends.
