He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jacobs and Mary Jacobs (Shahbaz); his wife Carolyn Sargis; and his brother Larry Jacobs. He is survived by: his children, Mark Jacobs (Kelley) of Libertyville, IL, Tim Jacobs (Arleen LaRosa) of Lincolnwood and Dawn DeMarco (Russ) of Walworth; and his grandchildren, Sam, Sarah, Jake and Luke.
