He was predeceased by: his father Frank Oliak; his brother James Oliak; and his stepson Michael P. Euting. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Smith; his children, Dr. David Oliak, Beth Oliak and John Oliak; his stepchildren, Mark Euting (Kelly), Lynne Denker (Brett), Jon Euting (Kerry) and Amy Etteldorf (Michael); his sisters, Nancy Caskey (Gary), Barbara Oliak Hunt (Craig) and Carol Lewis (John); and his stepbrother Robert Torrey (Judy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Shriners Children's Hospital or Lakeland Animal Shelter.
