She is survived by: her children, Joseph Mistrata (Donna), Michael Mistrata and Dina Sakowski; her siblings, Suzanne Costantino, James Sourek (Sandi) and Michael Sourek (Linda); her grandchildren, Michael Mistrata (Ashley), Matthew Mistrata (Stephanie), Julia Mistrata, Daniel Sakowski and Hayley Sakowski; and her great grandchild Michael Mistrata. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
