She was predeceased by: her parents, Shlemon Sargis and Penna Sargis; and her brother David Sargis. She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Jacobs; her husband Kenny; her children, Mark Jacobs (Kelley) of Libertyville, IL, Tim Jacobs (Arleen LaRosa) of Lincolnwood and Dawn DeMarco (Russ) of Walworth; and her grandchildren, Sam, Sarah, Jake and Luke.
