He was predeceased by: his parents, DuWayne Lavey and Ellen Jean Lavey. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jenny Gehrke; his brothers, Tom (Barb), Tim (Cheryl) and Todd (Julie); and his close friends, Chris Schrage, Michael Durbin and Mary Costello. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends.
