He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Michler and Florence Huelsman Michler. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Swast; his daughter Susan Michler (Gene Zenner); his grandchildren, Kayla Michler-Hendren, Michael Michler-Hendren and Kerry Zenner; his stepchildren, Debora Borgen (Michael), Karl Swast (Dellene) and Mary Steffes; and his stepgrandchildren, Ben Steffes (Elle), Stephen Steffes (Stephanie), Robert Steffes (Fanny), Tim Swast, John Swast, Lydia Mighton (Ben), Lisa Swast, Sarah Borgen and Michelle Borgen. He is also survived by three step great-grandchildren.
