He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Brandt and Nancy Brandt (Young); his mother-in-law Patricia Haugen; and his uncle Art Edwins. He is survived by: his wife Rita Brandt (Haugen) of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; his children, Kaylee Toillion (Paul) of Sherwood, Kara Brandt of Sherwood, Quinn Brandt of Colorado Springs and Cole Brandt of Athens, Georgia; his grandchildren, Avett and Noah Toillion; his siblings, Eugenia Tyler of Grand Blanc, Kent Brandt of Burton, Brian Brandt (Cindy) of Swartz Creek, Donald Brandt (Diane) of Maggie Valley and Jody Vasas (Steve) of Flushing, Michigan; his uncles, David Young (Teresa) and Stanley Young (Virginia); his aunt Marilyn Edwins; his nieces and nephews, David Brandt (Mandy), Brittany McClain (Eric), Cooper Brandt, Blake Tyler, Browning Schult and Hannah Szalay (Kyle); his great-nieces, Makiyah Brown and Mia McClain; and his father-in-law Lawrence Haugen.
