With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald J. Stommel of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 11, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Stommel and Alice E. Steffan Stommel; his siblings, Elizabeth Adelmeyer (Les), Donald Stommel and Robert Stommel; and his brother-in-law Dieter Gust.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Stommel (Ruby) of West Bend and Patricia Gust of Fond du Lac; and his sisters-in-law, Adeline Stommel of Mayville and Joyce Stommel of Mayville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kurki Funeral Chapel (31 E Division St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to a charity of one's choice in Ron's memory.
