He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Thurk and Agnes Thurk (Sullivan); his parents-in-law, Robert "Curly" and Margaret "Peggy" Streblow; his brother Donald (Mary); and his brother-in-law Jerrold Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Streblow; his sons, Scott of Chicago and Jonathan (Amanda) of Pound; his stepgrandson Duelly; his siblings, Lorraine Wheeler of Green Bay, Mary O'Brien (Pat) of Eden, Betty Babler (Joe) of Fond du Lac, Joan Perry of Lamartine and Robert (Steph) of Fond du Lac; and his sister-in-law Nancy Schingen (Lester). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
