He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Wirtz and Lois Hankwitz Wirtz; and his sister Ann Kohli. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Wirtz (Medelice), Sue Laurenti (Charles), Steve Wirtz and Scott Wirtz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
