She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Rusch and Harriet Rusch (Froh); and her son Daniel Helfert. She is survived by: her husband Charles Helfert; her son Michael Helfert (Rebecca); her grandsons, Jacob and Benjamin Helfert; and her siblings, Judy DeGroff, Andrew Risch, Donna Hering (Kurt) and Linda Podvin (Wes). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Nancy's name.
