He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Bonnett of Fond du Lac, WI, Rick Bonnett (Denise) of Rosendale, WI, Deb Waggener of Fond du Lac, WI and Beth Voskuil of Waupun, WI; his nieces and nephews, David Waggener (Heather), Brittney Zickert (Cory), Brenden Bonnett (Jessica), Katie Schrank (Bryon) and Nick Voskuil (Jana); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaylyn (Logan Birschbach), Lauryn Waggener, Pierson, Quinnley Zickert, Greyson Bonnett, Harper Wurtz (Roger Zipperer), Sage Bonnett and Brynley Schrank; his nephews, Nate (Alicia), Cole and Jack Zickert (Ava Bergelin); his great-niece Wrenley; his aunt Vivian Starr (Bonnett); his uncle Wes Bonnett; his cousin Shirley Muskevitsch; and also Wesson Zipperer.
