She was predeceased by: her uncle Charlie; and her aunt Lois. She is survived by: her parents, Steven Ballard and Barbara Ballard; her pet Fluff; her siblings, Angela Ballard and Adam (Trish); her nephews, Zachary Ballard (Stormy) and Aiden Ballard; her niece Christina (Jon Schell); and her aunts and uncles, Darrel, Douglas (Donna), Bernie, Ricky (Rose), Lee (Yolanda) and Karen. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
