She is survived by: her husband Scott Mentink; her children, Tyler, Brett (Katie) and Chelsea; her grandchildren, Baron, Breahna, Madden, Lawson, Mya and Ramsey; her brothers, Scott Fish (Mary) and Steve Fish (Connie); and her sister-in-law Terry Akers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
