She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Check and Janet Check (Trepkowski); her siblings, Bonnie Kreckel (Dick) and Bob Check; her brothers-in-law, Jim Kluck and John Golla; her father-in-law Jerome Golla; and her stepfather-in-law Dan Polum.
She is survived by: her husband Matt; her children, Jerry Golla (Kim), Charles Golla (Monica Demmerle), Susan Golla and Andrew Golla (Nicole); her grandsons, Jarrod, Fischer, Porter and Thatcher; her siblings, Donna Kluck, Leroy Check, Lois Henke (Tom), Terry Check (Sue) and Tammy Check; and her in-laws, Connie Check, Michelle White (Jim), Mark Golla, Monica Thome (Peter), Tim Golla, Stephanie Haka (John), Ann Raflik (Ken) and Rose Dickinson (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, memorials with Friends of Taylor Park Pool and the Fond du Lac Cancer Center will be established in Kathie's name.
