He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Jacobs and Evelyn Southard Jacobs; and his brother-in-law Robert Myers. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jacobs of Fond du Lac; his sons, Jay Jacobs (Amy) of Kimberly, Brian Jacobs of Fond du Lac and Todd Jacobs (Dannelle) of Fond du Lac; and his sisters, Barbara Myers of Felton, DE and Donna Borndahl (Ron) of Fond du Lac. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
