He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Berlowski and Adeline Berlowski (Schrei); and his brother Bruce Berlowski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Thornton of Patrick's Church; his sons, Scott (Nicole) and Brian Berlowski (Stacy); his grandchildren, Aubrey Berlowski, Avery Berlowski, Madison Ayers (Charlie), Mackenzie Berlowski and Lucas Berlowski; his sisters-in-law, Rose, Ann, Jane, Mary and Kathy; and his friends, Jim Schuchardt (Toni) and Marv Moore (Sherry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home (524 N Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54935). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
