He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Perkins and Norma Perkins (Rilington). He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Zoe and Jevon; his sisters, Vernita Perkins and Brenda Dahmer (Kelly); and his friend Albert Banks. He is also survived by nieces, other relatives and many friends.
